Responsibilities:
• Monitor and operate Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Handle HVAC, fire alarm, electrical & security systems
• Respond to alarms and maintain reports/logs
• Support maintenance and energy monitoring activities
Qualification:
• BE / Diploma / ITI
• 1 to 3 years experience in BMS & IBMS Systems
Skills:
• Basic engineering knowledge
• Local language mandatory
• Knowledge of DDC panel wiring & GA drawings
• MS Office skills
• Positive communication skills
