Role & responsibilities:

We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Product Analyst to join our growing Product team. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Data, and user experience.

This role focuses on analyzing product performance, user behavior, and key metrics to improve customer experience and drive product growth. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders to translate data into actionable product insights.

- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using spreadsheets, SQL, and BI tools.
- Gather and document business and product requirements.
- Create PRDs, user stories, workflows, and functional specifications.
- Coordinate with Engineering teams on API integrations and feature development.




- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive product initiatives and ensure timely execution.
- Support product roadmap planning and feature releases.
- Conduct UAT and track product issues and enhancements.

Required candidate profile:

- 2 years of experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, or a related role.
- Experience gathering requirements, documenting them, and managing stakeholders.
- Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and product development processes.
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Use Figma (or equivalent tools) to sketch workflows and prototype ideas where needed.
