Job Summary
We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Nursing Staff to provide high-quality patient care while ensuring patient safety and comfort. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients as per established protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the treating physician.
- Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure infection control practices and patient safety standards are followed.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the assigned nursing unit and medical equipment.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and medical emergencies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: GNM or B.Sc. Nursing
- Experience: 1-6 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting
- Valid Nursing Council Registration
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
