Ved Jain & Associates is a 50 year old Chartered Accountancy firm providing Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Compliance and Advisory services to businesses across industries.

Through our External Finance division, we act as the extended Finance Department for multinational companies by managing their Accounting, Payroll, Financial Reporting, Tax and Regulatory Compliance. We also partner with Australian businesses looking to establish or expand their operations in India by providing end to end finance and compliance support.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to drive our expansion in the Australian market.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of selling Finance & Accounting Outsourcing, Bookkeeping, Payroll, Virtual CFO or Compliance services to Australian clients and possess a strong understanding of the Australian business ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new business opportunities across Australia.
- Build relationships with SMEs, multinational companies, accounting firms and business consultants.
- Promote our Finance & Accounting Outsourcing and India Entry Support services.
- Generate leads through your network, LinkedIn, referrals and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct client presentations, prepare proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.




- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and long term relationship management.
- Achieve revenue and business development targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 6 to 8 years of Business Development experience in Finance & Accounting Outsourcing or Professional Services.
- Proven experience selling services to Australian clients.
- Strong network within the Australian business community will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, relationship building and consultative selling skills.
- Willingness to work with Australian business hours whenever required.

- CA
- MBA (Finance)
- MBA (Marketing/Sales)
- Equivalent qualification with relevant international business development experience
