We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced MEP Contracts Engineer to join our team at Livestyle Housing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing contracts and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure they meet the company's standards and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement contract management strategies.
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends, opportunities for improvement,



and areas for cost savings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in contract management, preferably in the housing industry.
- Robust knowledge of contract law, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other contract management software.
