- Drive sales and marketing activities for gearbox replacement, repair, refurbishment, maintenance, overhaul services, and spare parts by identifying current business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue growth across industrial sectors.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer requirements, ensuring competitive and value-driven solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery, timely support, and relationship management to generate repeat business.
- Identify and develop business opportunities in target industries including cement, steel, power, mining, sugar, paper, and marine by implementing market penetration strategies and acquiring new customers.
- Analyze gearbox applications and classifications to recommend and deliver customized service solutions that meet customer operational requirements.
