We are looking for: Team Lead Solution Engineer - Lead Engineering DC APAC

You'll make an impact by:

- Creating basic designs and supervising detailed designs in the field of low and medium voltage distributors, E-houses and busduct systems;
- Understanding technical requirements from specifications and converting them into appropriate basic designs;
- Reviewing technical basic and detail designs;
- Ensuring that installations are designed and delivered in accordance with the specified requirements;
- Planning project work and preparing progress reports;
- Managing and supervising fellow engineers for detail engineering;
- Proactively liaising with the client and the sales and quotation team;
- Maintaining financial status and preparing additional work quotations;




- Organising and attending factory tests (FAT) with the customer;
- Managing any sub-suppliers and Siemens factories;
- Initiating and developing improvement proposals.

Use your skills to move the world forward!

- Bachelor or Master level degree in electrical engineering.
- 8+ years' work experience as a (lead) engineer.
- Knowledge of low-voltage electrical distribution boards, distribution boards, transformers and electrical protective devices;
- You are creative and able to communicate ideas and inspire/motivate people;
- Accurate, critical and have a broad technical knowledge and interest;
- Versatile working attitude, practical and result-oriented;
- Stress-resistant and able to act within a pressured environment;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken;
- Living in the Chennai region.
