Job Description Java Azure Developer (5+ Years)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Azure Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java technologies, Microservices, Spring Boot, and Microsoft Azure cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
- Build and deploy Microservices using Spring Boot and REST APIs.




- Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Integrate applications with databases, messaging systems, and third-party services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure application security, performance optimization, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support activities.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Java development.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Java 8/11/17
- Spring Boot
- Spring MVC
- Spring Data JPA/Hibernate
- Microservices Architecture
- RESTful APIs

- Experience with Microsoft Azure services:

- Azure App Service
- Azure Functions
- Azure Storage
- Azure Service Bus
- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Azure Key Vault
- Azure Monitor/Application Insights

- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Database knowledge:

- SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle

- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture.
- Exposure to Kafka or Azure Event Hub.
- Azure Certifications (AZ-204, AZ-305) are a plus.
