Role Description The Merchandise Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for coordinating merchandise planning, sourcing, and production in line with client briefs and project timelines. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining product catalogs, tracking inventory, managing vendor communication, and ensuring quality standards for all merchandise items.

Specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to support campaign launches, prepare samples, and manage order fulfillment and logistics. The role also involves monitoring market trends, proposing new merchandise concepts,



and supporting reporting on performance and costs. Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for briefs, reports, and stakeholder updates.

Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support merchandising pitches, upsell opportunities, and negotiation with suppliers when needed.

Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage multiple projects, track inventory, handle documentation, and meet deadlines.

Relevant experience in merchandising, retail, or marketing operations is preferred.

Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, with strong attention to detail and basic proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets and presentation software).

A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field is beneficial.
