Role Description The MEP Project Engineer will manage and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across assigned construction projects. This full-time, in office role in Bengaluru involves reviewing MEP designs and drawings, planning execution schedules, and supervising site activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.

The engineer will collaborate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and vendors to resolve design and installation issues, monitor progress, and support cost and resource optimization. Daily responsibilities include conducting site inspections, tracking work completion, preparing reports,



supporting quality checks, and assisting in testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering knowledge, including system design and coordination.
- Candidates should possess Electrical Engineering skills applicable to power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems.
- Candidates should possess Plumbing skills related to water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems for building projects.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline) from an accredited institution.
- Experience in building or real estate construction projects, preferably in MEP execution and supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and industry codes and standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design tools is beneficial.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on safety and quality.
