We are looking for an experienced MEP Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and efficient functioning of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across the school campus. The ideal candidate will ensure that all facilities are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with statutory regulations, providing a secure and comfortable learning workplace for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the maintenance and operation of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across the school campus.

- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of HVAC systems, DG sets, electrical panels, pumps, water supply, sewage treatment plant (STP), fire fighting systems, lifts, and other utilities.

- Coordinate with AMC vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs and maintenance.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in MEP maintenance, preferably in schools, hospitals, universities, commercial buildings, or large campuses.

- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical Systems, Plumbing, Fire Fighting Systems, DG Sets, STP, WTP, and Building Maintenance.
