We are looking for a Merchandiser.The role gives an opportunity to shape a new product strategy at our fast growing brand .Someone who is a great communicator that enjoys building relationships, and that enjoys working in an workplace where all levels are able to contribute ideas!

Roles and Responsibilities

● Creating the range plan as per the given budget and revenue for any season/collection.

● On time release of PO to the respective vendors.

● Scheduling catalogue/campaign shoot as per product launch plan.

● Initiate & maintain NDA & MOU documents as a part of the vendor onboarding process.

● Daily check & updation of inventory on all the offline & online sales channels





● Cost negotiation as per range plan with vendors & partners keeping the profit multiplier, MRP, discount & sale price in mind.

● Suggesting discount/clearance plan for styles with low inventory

● Coordinate between graphics team & printers to effectively implement the job

● Update marketplace graphics (banners/posters/A+ listing/infographic,s etc.) on portals as per product launch plan.

● Coordinating with vendors for materials and insuring proto-sample/fit sample/photoshoot sample are delivered on time.

● Schedule discount/coupon/event for all the offline & online sales channels to achieve the targeted revenue.

● Cross checking inventory received for new production inverts if they are as per the PO.

● Weekly check of all the marketplaces and Kosha website listings for title,description,detail,price and overall presentation. Desired Skills and Experience:

● Professional working experience of 3-6 years with negotiation skills.

● Graduates from fashion designing background and Garment construction course is preferred.

● Preferable experience in a buying house or an Export house.

● Product design and graphic designing knowledge is a plus.
