Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems using Autodesk Revit.

Prepare MEP layouts, coordinated shop drawings, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings based on design inputs.

Create and manage BIM models in accordance with project standards, specifications, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).

Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks and participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings.

Extract drawings, schedules, quantities, and reports from BIM models.

Coordinate with MEP Engineers, Architects, Structural teams, and other stakeholders to resolve design and coordination issues.

Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements.

Maintain model accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of project outputs.

Assist in BIM coordination, model reviews, and implementation of project-specific BIM workflows.

Support project teams during design development, construction documentation, and as-built model preparation. Requirements

3–6 years of experience as an MEP BIM Modeller.

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP (mandatory) and AutoCAD for MEP drafting and modeling.

Experience using Navisworks for clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination.

Strong understanding of Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, and Plumbing systems and their integration within BIM environments.

Ability to read, interpret, and work independently from MEP design drawings, specifications, and schematics.

Experience in preparing coordinated MEP models,



shop drawings, sections, elevations, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.

Sound knowledge of BIM workflows, coordination processes, LOD requirements, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).

Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve coordination and clash issues with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines.

Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and best practices applicable to MEP services.

Experience working on commercial, residential, industrial, infrastructure, or mixed-use projects.

Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, or similar Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms is an advantage.

Positive communication, coordination, and time-management skills, with the ability to deliver accurate and high-quality outputs within project deadlines.
