Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage BIM models from design phase to construction documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop detailed building information modeling (BIM) solutions.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans for MEP projects using Navisworks or similar tools.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 10-20 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field with expertise in BIM management.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture software; knowledge of other CAD/BIM software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc. is an asset.
- Robust understanding of construction methods, materials science, and building codes; ability to apply this knowledge effectively during design development phases.
