Position Overview
We are hiring an MEP Billing Engineer / Billing Support professional who will be responsible for handling billing activities, quantity verification, BOQ analysis, and coordination with project teams. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MEP billing processes along with good knowledge of Excel and AutoCAD quantification.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and verification of MEP billing documents
- Handling client billing and vendor billing activities
- Quantity verification and measurement sheet preparation
- BOQ preparation and rate analysis
- Coordination with site teams and project stakeholders for billing inputs
- Reviewing project quantities as per drawings and site execution
- Maintaining billing records and supporting project documentation
- Performing quantification using 2D AutoCAD drawings
- Ensuring timely submission of bills and related reports
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of MEP billing activities
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and rate analysis
- Experience in quantity verification and measurement sheets
- Good command of MS Excel
- Knowledge of 2D AutoCAD quantification
- Positive coordination and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in billing calculations
- Ability to work with project and site teams effectively
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil or related field
- Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in MEP billing/support activities
- Preferred candidates with practical exposure to client and vendor billing processes
