Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi NCR (either Gurgaon or New Delhi), India for a Member Relationship Executive at our Pickleball Kingdom India sports facility.

The Member Relationship

Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential customers/players, assisting them with inquiries/bookings, managing memberships, and ensuring a very positive experience with Pickleball Kingdom in India. They will also organize events, address member concerns,



and work closely with the team to enhance overall customer satisfaction and retention at the Pickleball Kingdom India sports facility.

Qualifications

- Great interpersonal & customer relationship management skills
- Have a strong passion for racket sports and actively playing a sport
- Prior experience working within a sports facility is advantageous
- Experience in organizing events and providing on-site support
- Strong communication skills with an enthusiastic & positive attitude that builds customer trust
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards addressing member / customer concerns
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in recreational sports / hospitality / lesiure industry is preferred
- Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Relations, or a related field
