Role Description The Medical Representative (Derma) at Aluune is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The individual in this role will promote Aluune’s dermatology and skincare products to healthcare professionals, including dermatologists, general practitioners, and pharmacists.
Daily responsibilities include scheduling and conducting client visits, presenting product information and clinical benefits, handling product samples and marketing materials, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption. The role involves building and maintaining strong skilled relationships, managing territory coverage, collecting market and competitor insights,
and meeting sales targets in alignment with company strategies.
The Medical
Representative will also collaborate with internal teams to support promotional activities, training sessions, and brand visibility in the assigned region.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management and relationship building with healthcare professionals.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear product presentations, clinical discussions, and professional correspondence.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, address concerns, and provide ongoing support to healthcare partners.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine or Pharmacy to understand dermatology concepts, product indications, and safety profiles.
- Relevant experience in dermatology, skincare, or pharmaceutical sales is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, with frequent field visits and schedule flexibility.
- Strong organizational skills, goal orientation, and basic proficiency in using CRM tools or sales reporting software.
- A diploma or degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.
