Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Engagement & Scientific Promotion:
- Promote Haleon's expert-detailed brands (e.g., Sensodyne, Crocin, Eno) to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) using scientific data.
- Customize sales approaches based on the specific needs of each HCP.
- Answer product- and condition-related queries promptly, ensuring compliance with internal and external protocols.
- Territory Management & Analysis:
- Analyze sales performance in your territory and develop effective strategies to drive prescription growth.
- Track inventory, manage sample stocks, and ensure timely reporting.
- Collaboration & Business Development:
- Work cross-functionally with General Trade (GT) teams and regional stakeholders to meet shared business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with HCPs to increase brand advocacy and trust.
- Digital & Field Enablement:
- Enhance digital engagement capabilities and maintain an impactful field presence.
- Leverage tools and platforms to deliver contemporary, personalized engagement with HCPs.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education:




- Degree in Science or Commerce (B.Pharm/B.Sc/M.Pharm/M.Sc).
- Experience:
- 2–7 years of sales experience in Pharmaceuticals or FMCG.
- Skills:
- Proactive and engaging sales mindset.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Open to learning and adopting innovative approaches.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
