Requirements

- MBBS degree from a recognized medical university with valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent).

- Experience or training in emergency medicine, critical care, or general medical wards (internship or rotational training preferred).

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to clinical reasoning.





- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

- Active listening and empathetic engagement with patients to build trust and ensure patient-centered care.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple patient cases simultaneously.

- Willingness to work in a quick-paced, high-demand healthcare environment with flexible scheduling, including night shifts and on-call duties.

- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and digital health tools.
