I represent Les Genes Botswana. We are a medical devices distributor in Gaborone. We distribute surgical, laboratory, radiology and ICU equipment currently. You can find more information about our company from www.lesgenes.com

We are seeking expansion of our workforce, especially in the area of tendering. We have job opening for 2 business developers who will be working remotely from India primarily on tenders.

Roles

- Study and analyse tender documents

- Filter and research suppliers based on specification using internet research and also our own supplier database

- Contact Suppliers

- Check Compliance of product offered by supplier

- Negotiate Prices

- Arrange samples with the supplier if tender needs samples

- Respond to tender specifications and compile tender.

Working Times

Monday - Friday : 8:30 AM to 5 PM and 1 Hour Lunch Break





Saturday 9AM to 12:30PM The applicant will be working on a clocked and logged system that Les Genes will provide.

- Excellent at online research

- Well organised

Experience

- At least 5 Years in dealing with a specific product range of medical equipment.

- Tender compilation and preparation experience

- Supplier communication and negotiation

- Business Development

Advantages

INR 5-7 Lacs Per annum depending on candidate experience and skills.
