Role The primary function of the Medical AI Trainer is to support the day-to-day training necessary for medical projects at iMerit.

This includes developing, understanding, and communicating specialized curriculums to ensure successful project outcomes in subject matters ranging from medical imaging and surgery to medical documents.

Responsibilities include: Client Instruction Analysis: Perform deep analysis of client instructions to identify gaps and clarification points, analyze production data to detect edge cases, collaborate with client to ensure satisfactory resolution

Training Needs Analysis: Identify training needs of Delivery personnel in a project through various means, for example: conduct assessments and analyze errors, provide production support and analyze queries/ errors/ improvement areas, perform quality check on production work

Training: Develop an effective training plan to cover client instructions and tool knowledge, create engaging training content, deliver training physically or virtually, measure training effectiveness through pre- and post- training assessments as well as improvements in production performance

Assessments:



Design assessments that provide coverage and deep exploration of client instructions and edge cases, conduct assessments at regular frequency, analyze assessment responses to identify areas of poor understanding and plan corrective action

Production Support: Provide effective production support, resolve queries related to process or tool, analyze queries and production work to identify areas for refresher training

Continuous Learning: Continuously enhance domain knowledge and hands-on tool capabilities, facilitation skills, training content design skills Estimated Division of Duties:

To develop and teach relevant anatomy and physiology and medical terminology coursework. (40% of job duties)

To participate in developing and updating project guidelines, training methods, and evaluation materials including e-training modules. (25% of job duties)

To address project questions through self-directed research and medical subject matter expertise. (25% of job duties).

To participate in company meetings to discuss outcomes, strategies, and best practices. (10% of job duties).

Basic Skills: Good presentation, communication and facilitation skills

High comfort level with using tech tools/platforms

Strong interpersonal skills & analytical bent of mind

Good with MS Word, Excel & Power point Experience & Education: Anyone holding a Basic bachelor or master’s degree in Nursing/Pharmacy.

Minimum 2 years’ of experience either in teaching or some clinical field exposure.

Preferably completion of teaching credential & curriculum development course.

Computer Literacy.

Strong English Language Skills.
