Manager-Medical Affairs:
Education
Medical Doctor (MD), PhD with a background in biotechnological / medical science is preferred
Experience
Overall 8+ years and a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Medical Affairs within a medical devices or pharmaceutical company. Prior exposure to hematology, apheresis, or cell therapy will be considered.
Skills
- Robust fascination with medical sciences and a keen interest in life sciences, pharma, and MedTech.
- Commitment to enhancing patient access as part of a larger team.
- Action-oriented personality, comfortable engaging in high-level discussions with medical professionals and scientists.
- Business proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Hindi) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and manage time effectively, even under pressure.
- Flexibility to take on projects of varying intensity and complexity.
- Experience in hematology, blood banking, or transfusion medicine preferred.
- Proactive, go-getter attitude, comfortable engaging with doctors and medical professionals in the field
