1. Own the Combined Mandate — Leads, Footfall & Mall Revenue
- Own the top-line outcomes across both departments: qualified investor leads delivered to Sales for our company and upcoming launches — and footfall plus revenue.
- Decide how the total marketing budget splits between lead generation and mall marketing — and reallocate as the numbers move, not as the calendar dictates.
- Set the strategy and quarterly targets for both engines. Work backwards from bookings and mall revenue, not forwards from creative.
- Own the agency, media, and event-partner ecosystem across both departments — vendors work, on transparent deliverables, under your terms.
2. Lead the Two Department Heads
- Manage, coach, and hold accountable the Media Head and the Mall Marketing Head — set their targets, run weekly performance reviews, and make the hard calls when a department isn't delivering.
- Build one operating cadence across both teams: clear individual accountability, honest weekly reviews, and a shared definition of what winning looks like.
- Resolve the trade-offs when the two departments compete — for budget, for attention, for the same weekend — and keep both pulling in one direction.
- Level up both heads and their teams: hire where there are gaps, delegate real responsibility, and build the bench so the engine doesn't depend on any one person.
3. Align Sales, Brand & Leadership
- Close the loop with Sales: track which campaigns produce leads that actually visit and book, feed that back into targeting, and defend lead quality — not just lead volume.
- Keep one consistent our brand voice and visual identity across both engines and every touchpoint — from a paid ad to a mall hoarding to a weekend activation.
- Connect digital to physical — geo-targeted campaigns, influencer walk-throughs, and offers that turn online reach into site visits and mall footfall.
- Report the combined numbers straight to leadership — cost per lead, cost per site visit, footfall, and mall revenue in one view — with the decisions you're making off them.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We care about how you think. Titles and brand names on your resume matter less than whether you've actually moved numbers — and led the people who move them. Here's what we're screening for:
• Leader of leaders: You've managed managers — set targets for department heads, run honest reviews, coached them up, and made the hard call when a leader under you wasn't delivering. Your teams always know what they're accountable for.
- ROI obsession across two P&Ls;: You treat ad spend like your own money. You think in cost per lead, cost per site visit, and cost per footfall — and you put budget where the return is, not where the politics are.
• Full-funnel and full-mall thinking: You can trace a paid ad to a booking on one side and a weekend event to mall revenue on the other — and hold each department to its own attribution.
- Cross-department integrator: You make two teams with different jobs — leads versus footfall — pull in one direction under one brand, and you resolve the trade-offs when they compete for budget or attention.
- Ownership without hand-holding: You bring leadership answers and decisions, not a list of what your two heads are waiting on. You stay calm across simultaneous launch weeks and keep both engines moving.
