Every day at our centres, there are stories most people never see — an elderly hand held after years of loneliness, a rescue that becomes a home, a birthday celebrated for the first time in decades. We're looking for someone who can capture those moments and turn them into images and films that make people feel something real.

About SHEOWS

SHEOWS (Saint Hardyal Educational and Orphans Welfare Society) is an NGO dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and care of destitute and abandoned elderly individuals, providing medical support, dignity, and a safe environment for our beneficiaries.

What You'll Do

- Shoot high-quality photos and videos of daily activities, events, campaigns, and field visits
- Edit reels, short-form, and long-format content in Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
- Collaborate with Communications, HR,



and Management on scripts, storyboards, and shoot planning
- Maintain and organize a fully backed-up media archive
- Manage and maintain media equipment

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as a photographer, videographer, or media executive
- Solid visual storytelling skills and creative eye
- Comfortable operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment independently
- Understanding of social media formats and trends
- Patience, empathy, and sensitivity while working around elderly and vulnerable individuals
- Willingness to travel between Okhla, Gautampuri, Gurgaon, and field locations

Reporting To: CEO / Executive Director Salary: As per organizational norms
