Experience: 7 t0 9 years Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Designation: S2 to E1 Key Responsibilities Machine Shop Maintenance (MC Shop) Maintain and ensure smooth operation of machine shop equipment including VTL (Vertical Turning Lathe), Lathe Machines, Floor Boring Machines (FHB), and Deep Hole Drilling (DHD) machines. Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules, TPM activities, and attend breakdowns with quick resolution to minimize downtime. Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, cylinders, and pneumatic circuits used in machine shop equipment.

Machine

Alignment & Accuracy Perform machine alignment, leveling, calibration, and ensure dimensional accuracy of machines as per production requirements. Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis Diagnose mechanical failures, identify root causes,



and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.

Lubrication Management

Ensure proper lubrication practices, monitor lubrication systems, and implement best lubrication strategies for machine life improvement.

Spare

Management & Inventory Prepare and maintain critical spare parts list, monitor inventory levels, and ensure availability of required spares.

Equipment Overhauling

Carry out periodic overhauling of machines, assemblies, gearboxes, and mechanical systems.

Safety Practices

Follow and implement safety standards, LOTO procedures, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, EMS, and OHSAS requirements. Documentation & Compliance Maintain maintenance records, checklists, equipment history cards, breakdown reports, and audit documentation.
