Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mechanical Maintenance Engineer role based in Jaipur. The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment and systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. Day-to-day activities include planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules, diagnosing mechanical issues, performing corrective repairs, and documenting maintenance activities. The role involves collaborating with operations and production teams to minimize downtime, optimizing maintenance processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The engineer will also assist in maintaining spare parts inventory, adhering to safety and compliance standards, and contributing to root cause analysis for recurring mechanical failures.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for a variety of mechanical systems.




- Candidates should possess solid experience in Maintenance Engineering and Mechanical Maintenance within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Candidates should possess proven ability in Preventive Maintenance, including planning, scheduling, and execution of routine inspections and servicing.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, maintenance best practices, and root cause analysis techniques.
- Ability to read technical drawings, equipment manuals, and maintenance documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS) and basic computer literacy is an advantage.
