Skill set /Experience required
Experience - 3+ Years• Work experience in SolidWorks is a must• Robust proficiency in designing 3D CAD models• Understanding of simulation and analysis• Thorough knowledge of tolerances, machine elements andmanufacturing process/methods• Having knowledge about actuators and sensors is an addedadvantage• Knowledge of different mechanisms• Knowledge of kinematics with mathematical modeling• Hands-on experience at mechanical workshop is an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Translate requirements to technical specifications.• Ideate concepts for the requirement.• Design manufacturable 3D components and parts• Selection and procurement of components• Developing 2D drawings• Analysis of design• Static and dynamic payload based structural designs.• Record and evaluate testing data, altering designs as necessary tobring them to safety, performance and efficiency standards.• Calculate factors like tolerance, dimensions, and thermal andstructural analysis.Education BE/BTech or higher
