About the Role

Are you passionate about mechanical design and eager to contribute to innovative engineering solutions used across global manufacturing environments?

We are looking for a motivated Design Engineer to join our international engineering team. In this role, you will support global engineering projects by creating and maintaining mechanical designs, technical documentation, and product data while collaborating with experts across multiple countries and disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

Mechanical Design & Engineering Support

- Support global engineering and product development projects.
- Assist in the design and development of mechanical components and assemblies.
- Create, modify, and maintain 3D models and 2D drawings using Siemens NX.
- Prepare technical drawings in accordance with applicable engineering standards.
- Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAP.
- Ensure engineering documentation, specifications, and design data remain accurate and up to date.

International Collaboration
- Work closely with global Engineering, R&D;,



Supply Chain, and Supplier Quality teams.
- Participate in design reviews and engineering discussions with international stakeholders.
- Support global rollout, localization, and product improvement initiatives.

Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to engineering best practices and standardization activities.
- Support issue resolution through structured analysis and problem-solving.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and gradually expand technical responsibilities.

What We're Looking For

Professional Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant industry experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, assembly, or fabrication.
- Hands-on experience with CAD design tools, preferably Siemens NX.
- Experience creating and maintaining technical drawings as per engineering standards.
- Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
- English language proficiency at CEFR B2 level or higher.
