Purpose of role: To Assist the test & Integration engineers in team.
Responsibilities:
- Generate 3D models of the components, assemblies, tooling & fixtures.
- Create 2D manufacturing drawings from 3D CAD models along with Bill of Materials.
- Ensure the release of the manufacturing drawings with GD&T; as per aerospace standards.
- Interaction with design, manufacturing, integration and quality teams to ensure the design meets all requirements.
- Supports product sourcing, purchasing and selection as required by the design process.
- Provides technical and engineering support for day-to-day processing, product development and process improvements.
- Confirms system and product capabilities by designing feasibility and testing methods and properties.
- Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, building, assembling and installing components.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of CAD modelling, drawings and machine design with experience in design analyses Experience with SolidWorks, Auto Cad & Creo.
- Robust knowledge on GD&T.;
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes including turning, milling and welding. Experience with CAM software is a plus ·
- Willingness to take on non-traditional tasks, roles, responsibilities and challenges needed to accomplish company goals and objectives.
Other Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to write design reports, test plans and deliver design presentations.

Qualification
1. Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering · (2-3 years’ experience)
