- 3+ years of relevant experience (immediate joiners preferred)
- Hands-on experience with MCAL development, hardware abstraction layers, and peripheral driver implementation (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, GPIO, ADC).
- Familiarity with automotive standards and frameworks such as AUTOSAR, functional safety concepts, and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- Proficiency in debugging tools and workflows, including JTAG/ICE debuggers, logic analyzers, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience with validation and test practices, such as unit testing, integration testing, and test automation for embedded platforms.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Ability to read and interpret hardware schematics, data sheets, and technical specifications, and collaborate effectively with hardware teams.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a structured, quality-focused development workplace.
- Experience in semiconductor or automotive domains, and exposure to Android or Embedded Linux platforms, is an added advantage.
