- Teach Mathematics to students preparing for IIT-JEE (Main ).
- Plan and deliver engaging classroom lectures as per the academic schedule.
- Explain concepts clearly, from fundamentals to advanced problem-solving techniques.
- Prepare study materials, assignments, worksheets, and mock tests.
- Conduct regular quizzes, chapter tests, and full-length examinations.
- Evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Analyze student performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Mentor students individually to strengthen weak concepts and improve confidence.
- Resolve students’ academic doubts during and after class.
- Follow the institute’s curriculum and complete the syllabus on time.
- Use cutting-edge teaching methods to improve conceptual understanding and speed.
- Guide students on exam strategy, time management, and question selection.
- Participate in faculty meetings, academic planning, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and academic records.
- Continuously update knowledge with the latest IIT-JEE syllabus, exam patterns, and previous years’ questions.
