Role Description The Mathematics Teacher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with school curricula and competitive examination requirements for middle and high school students.

Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classroom sessions, assigning and evaluating homework and assessments, and providing individualized academic support. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues on curriculum design, contribute to exam preparation strategies,



and participate in parent interactions and academic review meetings. Maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom environment and tracking student progress are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Mathematics and Mathematics Education suited to school and competitive exam levels.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to design structured, outcome-focused learning experiences.
- Candidates should be a Qualified Teacher with recognized teaching credentials and experience in classroom instruction.
- Candidates should demonstrate clear communication skills, the ability to explain complex concepts simply, and a student-centered teaching approach.
- Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field.
- Experience preparing students for competitive examinations (e.g., JEE, Olympiads) and familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and educational technology are beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with school administration and faculty, and commitment to continuous professional development.
