Role Description This full-time Mastercam CNC Programmer (3-Axis) role is a hybrid position based in Noida, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves creating and optimizing 3-axis CNC programs in Mastercam, interpreting technical drawings and CAD models, and selecting appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds for various materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up milling operations, collaborating with machinists to ensure accurate and efficient production, troubleshooting machining issues, and continuously improving cycle times and part quality.
The programmer will also maintain documentation, follow safety and quality standards, and coordinate with design and production teams to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications Strong skills in CNC Programming and Programming for 3-axis milling operations
Ability to read and create Technical Drawings and interpret CAD models hands-on experience with machining and milling processes, including tooling setup
Proficiency with Mastercam or similar CAD/CAM software for 3-axis programming
Understanding of machining tolerances, materials, and quality control practices
Valuable problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a production environment
Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Noida and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum experience required at least 6 months
