Profile: Collection Executive (Banking Voice Process)

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle collection calls and follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
- Negotiate payment commitments while maintaining professional communication.
- Achieve collection targets in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer information.
- Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of Collection experience.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in one of the following regional languages:
- Odia - 4 Openings
- Bengali - 4 Openings
- Telugu - 2 Openings

Salary & Benefits:

- CTC: 25,000 per month
- Inhand Salary: 20,000 per month
- Up to 24,000 In hand (without PF deduction)

Shift:

- Rotational Shift
