We are looking for an experienced Appium QA Engineer with strong expertise in mobile test automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks using Appium, Java, Selenium, and REST Assured while ensuring high-quality mobile and API testing across Android and iOS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Appium.
- Build and enhance mobile automation frameworks using Java.
- Execute functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing.
- Perform API automation using REST Assured.
- Work with Selenium for web automation testing where required.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams for issue resolution.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in sprint planning, requirement analysis,
and test case reviews.
- Ensure automation coverage and improve testing efficiency.
Mandatory Skills
- 5–15 years of QA Automation experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Appium Automation.
- Proficiency in Java.
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver.
- Solid API automation experience using REST Assured.
- Experience with TestNG/JUnit.
- Knowledge of Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills.
Good to Have
- Android and iOS mobile testing experience.
- Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber).
- Knowledge of performance or security testing.
- Agile/Scrum development experience.
