Experience : 6 - 8 years of Project Management experience in bridge, highway, metro, infrastructure, or civil construction projects, with proven expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Department : Projects

Salary : 6 - 8 LPA

Language : Read, Speak & Write English must.
Speak Hindi Mandatory.

About the Role

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering projects within the agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. The role requires close coordination with customers, sales, design, production, procurement, quality, logistics, and installation teams to ensure timely project completion and high customer satisfaction.
Job Description:

- Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver projects within scope,



budget, and timelines.
- Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and project manpower.
- Review engineering drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Ensure timely procurement, material availability, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability.
- Verify site measurements and oversee RA Bills, work orders, and final billing.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and submit project progress reports to management.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely approvals and payment collections.

- Sound knowledge of BOQ, RA Billing, project scheduling, and cost control.
