We are seeking a highly skilled and In - Design Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid passion for design and a keen eye for detail. This role requires a blend of artistic talent, technical proficiency, and strategic thinking to produce visually stunning and impactful designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-end layouts for premium books, journals, planners, and spiritual publications.
- Execute advanced typography, grid systems, and visually refined page compositions.
- Create accurate print-ready files with proper bleeds, margins, and colour profiles.
- Work extensively in Adobe In-Design along with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Handle multi-volume and complex book projects with consistency and precision.
- Coordinate with editorial, creative, and production teams for smooth execution.
- Prepare and manage files for special finishes like Scodix, foil stamping, and embossing.
- Ensure strong brand consistency across all premium product designs.
- Review proofs, correct errors, and support prepress and printing processes.
- Maintain high attention to detail while meeting tight production timelines.
