Role Summary

The Land Acquisition Head will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring land parcels for industrial parks, warehousing, logistics hubs, and allied industrial developments. The role requires robust expertise in land sourcing, legal due diligence coordination, liaisoning, negotiation, and transaction closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and source suitable land parcels for industrial and warehouse development projects.
- Conduct market research and feasibility analysis for potential acquisition opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, consultants, government authorities, and local stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations related to land acquisition, joint development, and outright purchase transactions.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, projects, and liaison teams for due diligence and approvals.
- Evaluate land titles, zoning regulations, FSI norms, access roads, and infrastructure feasibility.




- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, approvals, and documentation processes.
- Track market trends, industrial corridor developments, and emerging logistics hubs.
- Prepare acquisition proposals, financial evaluations, and management presentations.
- Drive closure of land deals within defined timelines and budgets.
- Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in land acquisition for industrial, warehousing, logistics, or large-scale real estate projects.
- Strong knowledge of land laws, approval processes, and due diligence procedures.
- Excellent network with landowners, brokers, government bodies, and industry stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.
