Job Purpose:

We are looking for dynamic candidates with 1-6 years experience (including freshers) who want to build a career in Direct Sales. You will be required to make powerful and successful sales presentations in different settings; to keep abreast with the organization's products and services; to crack profitable deals and referrals to achieve sales targets

Key responsibilities:

- Achieve stretched targets in a result-focused environment at Branch chennai . (Club Mahindra Resorts)
- Have constant member interactions and come out with new ways to engage members.
- Make powerful sales presentations resulting in high conversion ratio for membership up gradations, references and new sales
- Resolve member/ customer conflicts wherever applicable.
- Maintain strong client relationship and high level of customer service.
- Prepare pre-sales proposals for prospective clients.




- Identify potential customers and new business opportunities within and outside the resort.
- Keep abreast with the organization's products and services.
- Maintain Consistent Average Productivity.
