Senior Talent Acquisition Executives

Key Responsibilities :

>Handle end-to-end recruitment for leadership, strategic, and operational hiring across all organizational levels.

> Source candidate profiles through job portals, employee references, LinkedIn, consultants, and internal databases.

>Experience in Blue Collar hiring.

> Conduct initial screening and profile evaluation and shortlist suitable candidates based on business requirements.

> Coordinate with functional heads and stakeholders for interview scheduling and feedback collection.

> Ensure timely closure of position mandates within the defined recruitment TAT.

> Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.

> Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards with accurate data.





> Ensure proper recruitment documentation and approval workflows are completed for all hires.

> Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Desired Candidate Profile:
> 3-4 years of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition.
> Proven experience hiring for manufacturing and Blue- Collar Roles.
> Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment platforms.
> Good interviewing, Communication and stakeholder management skills.
> Solid Hindi Communication skills required.
