Qualification: Any Graduate (Related to computer science degree is preferable)

Roles and Responsibilities

- Hardware & Networking
- Experience in designing LAN, WAN, WLAN
- Knowledge or Experience in AD, DNS, DHCP, RDP,WD
- Implementation of various network devices (e.g., Routers, Switches, firewalls, load balancers, DNS, VPN, QoS)
- Good Knowledge in various network monitoring tools.
- Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.
- Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves customer network problems - Level-1/2 support.
- Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring virus protection software and email
applications.
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot foxes, and security configurations.




- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
- Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company's security team.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education - Any Graduate with Red Hat Certification
- Knowledge or Work Experience on Linux
- Good system understanding
- Valuable at multitasking
- Decent Communication Skills
- Should be flexible to work from office - Chennai, Ambattur

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Completely Day Shift)

Working Days: 6 days working & 1 Day Rotational Weekoff (No Sunday fixed off)
