IT RECRUITER JD : 3-5 years experience

Proven experience hiring for IT roles such as:

- Should be having deep knowledge experience in Niche IT SKILLS, SAP Modules, Oracle, Cloud technology, ERP, Full Stack Developer, Java, C++, Dot Net, Devops
- AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, Cybersecurity, etc.
- Strong understanding of technical skills, hiring models, and interview processes.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, and Boolean search.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Good Closure in C2H Hiring per month with maximum package

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end technical recruitment for GCC requirements across multiple skill sets.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and market mapping.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates for technical and behavioral fit.
- Coordinate and manage interview processes, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Drive hiring for niche and high-demand technical skills within tight timelines.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for ongoing GCC needs.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Manage offer negotiations, closures, and pre-boarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment data, reports, and hiring metrics.
- Stay updated with market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience hiring for MNCs, captives, or Global Capability Centers.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
- Exposure to volume and niche hiring.
- Knowledge of regional and global talent markets.
- Sourcing and End to End Recruitment.
- Good Communication Skills
- Must have Laptop & WIFI connection.
- Immediate Joiner preferred.
