Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Patient Scheduler to join our healthcare support team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments efficiently, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring a seamless patient experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments with accuracy.
- Coordinate appointment availability with healthcare providers and clinical teams.
- Maintain and update patient information in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels in a qualified manner.
- Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications to patients.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure optimal provider utilization.
- Provide virtual front desk and administrative support as required.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with company policies and healthcare regulations.




- Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of scheduling tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience as a Patient Scheduler, Medical Scheduler, Virtual Scheduler, Medical Receptionist, or in a similar healthcare administrative role.
- Hands-on experience with scheduling software and EMR/EHR systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently in a night shift environment.
- Experience supporting US healthcare providers or US patients will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in US Healthcare (Scheduling, Patient Coordination, or Medical Administration).
- Familiarity with insurance verification and appointment scheduling processes is preferred.
