Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

*Evaluate individual and organizational development

needs to deliver appropriate e-learning courses,

workshops, and other training programs.

*Ensure that the company meet its objectives by

developing & implementing high impact learning &

development programs.

*Deliver training tovariousverticals of the business

and work with various stakeholders to coordinlate ar

organize training sessionS.

*Make necessary revisions in the training program1s

based on the feedback and evaluation outcomes.

*Develop the training content and implement various

learning methods company wide.

*Responsible for rolling outL&D; programs for the

supervisory and manageriaIlevel employees across

corporate and regions iin India.

*Conduct train the trainer workshops to ensure

training scalability and effectiveness.

*Design Storyboard course for the training, develop

course in authoring tool, guide & monitor test and

ensure deployment of course in LMS.
