Job Description-

Job Title - Relationship Manager Direct Marketing (DM)

Role Purpose

Drive sales through existing customer leads and referrals by conducting customer meetings, providing financial solutions, and achieving business targets while delivering a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate business through assigned customer leads and referral.
- Conduct daily cold calling from client database to generate leads and schedule customer appointments
- Conduct a minimum of 3 face-to-face customer meetings per day.
- Achieve assigned sales and productivity targets.




- Cross-sell and upsell life insurance solutions.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and timely follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.

Eligibility Criteria (CTQ)

- 0-6 years
- Age: 22 - 34 years.
- CTC up to 3-3.5 LPA.
- Performance: Consistent performer with >85% target achievement and annual productivity of 20+ lakh APE.
- Incentives: Strong incentive earning track record.
- Stability: Minimum 2 year with current employer.
- Employment Gap: No employment gaps.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Proven success in field sales and customer acquisition.
- Experience handling existing/orphan customer leads.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
