Ltd.Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic Showroom & Field Sales Executive to drive sales for our tiles showroom and generate business from field/retail channels. The role involves customer handling in the showroom, site visits, dealer coordination, and achieving monthly sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesShowroom SalesAttend walk-in customers, understand requirements, and recommend suitable tile products - floor, wall, parking, elevation tilesProvide product knowledge on sizes, finishes, brands, pricing, and installationPrepare quotations, billing, and follow up for order closureMaintain showroom display, stock, and cleanliness as per brand standardsHandle customer complaints and ensure after-sales supportField SalesVisit architects, builders, contractors, interior designers,



and hardware dealers for new businessGenerate leads for residential projects, flats, and individual house constructionPromote recent tile collections, offers, and schemes in the marketCoordinate site measurements, sample delivery, and execution with customersAchieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily sales reportsRequirementsExperience: 2-4 years in tiles, sanitary, hardware, or building materials salesSkills: Good communication, customer handling, negotiation, and basic computer/MS ExcelQualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate. Own 2-wheeler preferred for field visitsOther: Target-driven, presentable, and willing to do both showroom + field workRole & responsibilities
