Location: Chennai Ambattur ( 15 km 2 way cab provided)

Us shifts:- 6 pm to 3 pm .

Experience: 1 5 Years
Salary:30% hike on previous drawn Up to 5.5 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

OTC Collection Executive to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in cash collections and OTC (Order-to-Cash) processes, along with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end OTC (Order-to-Cash) processes
- Handle cash collections and ensure timely receipt follow-ups
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with customers for payments
- Resolve billing issues and discrepancies related to collections
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth cash flow
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1 to 5 years of experience in OTC / Cash Collections
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and collection cycles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP tools is an added advantage

- Candidates with solid hands-on experience in cash collections
