Role: Data Modeller

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata

Experience: 8 to 12 yrs

Responsibilities:

- Model Development & Mapping: Design conceptual and logical data models, and develop source-to-target mappings for physical data stores.
- Business Translation: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical terms and metadata definitions.
- Data Quality & Lineage: Partner with Data Management and Quality experts to establish data lineage, maintain metadata, and track business terms in the data dictionary.
- Compliance: Ensure all data models fully comply with GDPR, IT Risk, Data Governance frameworks, and Model Lifecycle guidelines.
- Collaboration: Support data engineers during the development of physical data models and data processing workflows.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, database design, and industry-standard data modelling tools (e.g., Erwin, ER/Studio)
- Strong understanding of financial services concepts, particularly if operating in Wholesale Banking, Finance, or Risk portfolios.
- Practical experience working in an Agile/DevOps setting and large enterprise organizations.
