Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python GenAI Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications using Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI/ML, data engineering, and system architecture, with experience building scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

The candidate will lead technical initiatives, mentor engineering teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable AI-powered applications using Python.
- Build enterprise solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Develop and optimize machine learning models for training, inference, and production deployment.
- Build AI pipelines using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.




- Work with vector databases and embedding models to build intelligent search and retrieval systems.
- Design scalable system architectures and data engineering pipelines.
- Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, mentor team members, and conduct code reviews.
- Ensure engineering best practices, coding standards, and CI/CD processes are followed.
