Assistant Professor

- B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. in the relevant discipline with First Class.
- Freshers with excellent academic records may apply.

Associate Professor

- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching/research/industry experience after Ph.D. (or as per AICTE norms).

Professor

- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience, including experience as Associate Professor, as per AICTE norms.

Key Responsibilities





- Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessment tools.
- Guide undergraduate and postgraduate student projects.
- Conduct research and publish in reputed journals.
- Participate in curriculum development and accreditation activities.
- Mentor students on academics, placements, and career development.
- Undertake administrative responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department.
- Support industry interaction, consultancy, and funded research initiatives.

Required Skills

- Strong subject knowledge.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and student mentoring.
- Knowledge of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and NBA/NAAC processes is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an academic setting.
